Numerous opportunities

The WebLOAD project offers numerous opportunities for contributors who are interested in taking part in the project. Opportunities range from code writing and quality assurance to moderation, evangelism and requirements planning to name a few. RadView encourages participation from the community and has a policy of seeking community help before approaching other professional resources.

Career development

We all know that contributing to an Open Source project looks good on the resume but there is more to it than that in the WebLOAD project. For some of its projects RadView may provide different forms of remuneration including, financial rewards, visits to RadView and participation in WebLOAD discussions. In addition, if you are really into performance testing and would like to make this your full time job starting as a contributor may be your best way in... :)

OpenSTA Migration forum mediator

Hands on experience with both OpenSTA and WebLOAD\JavaScript to manage our OpenSTA migration forum. As a mediator you will be in charge of making sure all questions are answered, raising issues to RadVIew's Product Management team and the R&D team as needed and generating content for the site when appropriate. ANT Task development

Ability to develop an ANT task using WebLOAD CLI and allowing a development team to run WebLOAD scripts as part of the build process while reporting results back to the build system. iReporter designer for WebLOAD reports

An experienced iReporter designer to help us develop JasperSoft reports using iReporter. The developer will work with RadView's Product Management team and receive a detailed description of the performance testing reports and their graphic design.
